The Big Give Christmas Challenge 2022
Dash Arts is taking part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge again this year. An amazing way to make people's generous support go even further, The Big Give will match every donation we receive during the campaign week - doubling donations at no extra cost to donors.
Our Big Give campaign opens at midday Tuesday 29 November and closes on Tuesday 6 December.
Last year, thanks to our generous supporters, we raised over £4,000, and we hope to do the same this year.
We are raising money to support participation workshops that will lead to our new production, Public House. The fund will help us to deliver accessible community workshops, including facilitators and BSL specialists. These workshops will take place next year in locations across England.
These workshops will playfully and theatrically explore speaking in public, encouraging and providing the tools and training to enable all participants to “speak up” and support people in enabling change in their communities. From this work, we will then develop and create The Public House, a state-of-the-nation theatre production that will amplify unheard voices, explore Englishness in all its diversity, and bring world-class culture to audiences around the country.
