Dr. Yulia Ioffe is a Ukrainian international lawyer and an Associate Professor of Humanitarian Law and Human Rights at University College London (UCL). She holds degrees from Harvard University and the University of Oxford. Her previous experience includes work at the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), the Ukrainian Red Cross Society, and a litigation firm in New York.
