Corner of Commotion

Imagine a space: you look into the corner and see the commotion.

In the commotion you can see energy, enthusiasm, curiosity, all mixed together and, as you move closer, it leaps through the space, taking over. Throughout the commotion you can find elements of humour and mischief, even in the eyes beyond the stages of adolescence.

But the corner can also be a place for hiding from the commotion, for being yourself, and considering what all the commotion means. There will always be a corner where people don’t fit into the main group but hold their own, filled perhaps with isolation, sadness, all on edge.

Corner of Commotion can be seen as two main things: either a place filled with commotion with a quiet more disengaged corner, or it could be seen as a quiet place with a corner set in a powerful commotion. This is like what being an individual is all about. Even in a place like London where there are millions of people, each person is remarkably still their own person, having their own unique start in life that sets them apart as an individual.
